Wedding Day!!

Another one of the reasons that we drove to California was to attend the wedding of my nephew Patrick and his fiance' (now wife) Dani.  The wedding was held in the amazing backyard of some friend's of my sister and BIL and a local Bishop married them.  It was a ton of work (setup, preparing) but turned out so beautiful and special.  There was a band that played jazz-type music (friends of Patrick's) and a ton of candles for light/beauty/ambience.   Corey (my niece) sang a couple of songs - the song for the dance of Patrick and Dani and then the mother/groom and father/bride dance.  She was amazing as usual.

Dani looked so beautiful in her gown and Patrick was so handsome in his tux.  They both grinned from ear to ear all evening and looked so happy.  There was quite a bit of family there and close friends as well.  I can't believe that my oldest nephew is married...  The cousins had so much fun together (like always) and were so helpful with setting up, serving, and cleaning up.

I am so happy for Patrick and Dani and felt so blessed to be able to be present at such a beautiful event.  We love Dani and are so happy that she has joined the family...  And in April, a little baby boy with join their new family!  :-)

Cute Patrick and Dani.

The tables and place settings.

All of the chairs had beautiful, silky covers on them.
