The decision on the kitchen!

After much thought and great input from my friends and family, I finally made the final decision for the colors in the kitchen!!  My dad is on the second coat of paint on the cabinet doors and we are sanding the cabinet frames and painting the walls tomorrow!

Here are some before pictures (the cabinet doors are off obviously - don't mind the messy cupboards)...

Satin nickel cup pulls on the drawers (these aren't the exact ones - our finishes match)

And the window treatments...  Argh.  Having a tough one with this one.  Probably some kind of mistreatment like the Nester does.

The rods will definitely be painted black, as will the barstools.

The last projects will be the countertops.  We are talking about getting solid surface but for now, we are going to do this....

Well, there you have it.  Hopefully we can have it done in 2 weeks for under $200...
