Emily's before and after photos - AMAZING!!

The steri-strips finally all came off and the result is amazing!!! Emily's incision looks so good! As you can see, there still is some residual redness from the hemangioma but overall, it is like night and day. The skin is a little puckered under her arm but I would imagine that this will probably smooth out over time. We go to Dr. Siddiqi's office on Tuesday for a follow-up and "scar management".

The PICC line came out on January 29th. I was at work but Ryan said that it was super easy - she didn't even fuss. Emily is not on any medication right now. It's so weird not to have to do dressing changes and to be able to bathe her in a tub. If it weren't for her cold and alternating constipation/diarrhea, she would be 100% healthy!!

Ryan is slowly healing. He is still going to the wound clinic every week. The incision/wound truly does look like a shark bite now. The nurse called this past week and the DNA test came back negative!!! YEAH!!! Hopefully this drops his chance of reoccurance!

I can hardly look at the first picture. It looks SO much better. I am glad she is doing so well! What happened to Ryan? Did I miss a post? Well I would love to have her over sometime (when they are closer to 1) so that her and Addy can play! Let me know if you need anything!

Wow, I am now going to stalk your blog to see how you are doing! I can't believe all that you have been through and are still going through! I am curious who your husband's doctors are and more questions. Will you email me at bancroftmichelle@gmail.com so I can correspond with you? How do you know Jen?
