The fruits of our labors

A couple of weeks ago, my mom and I decided to can peaches. We had done this once before about 6-7 years ago and they were so yummy!!! My mom was really lucky and found 26 lb. boxes of peaches at Macey's for $11.99. So, four boxes (104 lbs) of peaches and 12 hours later, we ended up with 36 quarts, 24 pints, 16 freezer and refrigerated containers of peaches. They are SO good! I usually eat them twice a day as do my kids. Here are some pictures from the fun and tiring day... (And thanks mom!)
