Okay - I hate it when people don't update their blogs. I check most blogs pretty regularly and I am always bummed out when I don't see any new posts. And yes, I am totally guilty of this!!! I've been waiting to post again until I have new pics and I don't have any yet so I just decided to go ahead and post some updates.
I finally got the call that the final approval was given at Mountain West Medical Center (in Tooele) for me to begin working. Only(!) took 1 1/2 months. I have an appointment to go in Monday to do the drug screen, sign paperwork, etc. I'm excited to begin... I will be starting as an LPN until my temporary license posts. After that, I can work as an RN and then hopefully I will take my boards in the next month or so. Some of the students that I graduated with are taking theirs in the next week. SCARY!!!
My parents just left for Alaska and will be gone for three months. Yes, I did have a really hard time with my mom leaving. It's amazing how much I've gotten used to having her close when she has lived clear across the country for most of my married life. They will be managing two Liberty Tax stores in Anchorage and will return around the first of May. She promises that she will fly back when the baby is born... I hope so.
Tyler is on a great Junior Jazz team this year. He has two great coaches that seem to really know what they are doing and the team works well together - passing the ball and focusing on working together instead of just scoring baskets. I wish the games weren't so early on Saturday morning but it's neat to watch Tyler have fun and increase his skills.
My pregnancy is still going well - 28 weeks and counting!!! Honestly, I can't wait to be done. I am so huge and tired. She doesn't have a name yet (we are still considering Emily and Ally) but I figure that she'll have one eventually - even if it's at the hospital. :-)

Shelly~ you were wondering how I found your post. Well, a long long time ago when Steve and Andrea had Andrew, your mom apparently sent out a christmas card with their blog on it. I looked at it once back then and didn't think anything else about it. One day I was thinking about other people I knew that blogged and just happened to remember Steve's blog address. Lo and behold you are a link on his site and there you were! SO that's how I found you. Didn't mean to scare you. :-) Good luck with the pregnancy. Is this the last one???

Jilene - You didn't scare me - a fun blast from the past. :-) Figured it was through Steve somehow. Pretty positive this is the last pregnancy. I don't think I want to do this again. Four kids is a nice round number.
