St. George is one of our favorite dance competitions... Not only do the girls get to dance but we get to have a fun road trip with the family. Unfortunately, this hasn't been one of the best trips ever. We got to the hotel Friday about 4 p.m. We did a little shopping and ate dinner. And St. George was COLD. Well, cold for St. George. And rainy, rainy, rainy. And our hotel's pool was outside. So no swimming for us (except for brave Kailey).
About 1 a.m., Emily started throwing up. And continued to throw up. All night and through the morning. So Ryan, Tyler and Emily sat in the hotel room all day and the girls and I headed over to the convention center for the dance competition.
The girls had a great time and did awesome. I was so proud of them. Kailey had three dances - hip hop, lyrical, and All-Starzz. Megan had two dances - hip hop and lyrical. Kailey took two second places and one first. Megan took two first places. I thoroughly enjoy watching my girls and really don't mind watching the other dances as well.
